HOW IT WORKS

Take My Shift Team Registration

The Take My Shift app team registration should be done by an owner, lead manager or supervisor that will create and edit the team roster.

A team registration can be done at takemyshift.com or by downloading The Take My Shift app.

An owner, manager or supervisor will simply enter a team name, their name and mobile number. Following a registration from our web site, download the Take My Shift mobile app and enter your mobile to get started.

When the business is successfully registered, set up your team by simply entering employee names and mobile numbers. When you hit enter, each employee will immediately be invited via text message to download The Take My Shift app.

Add supervisors on your team that will approve and track shift coverage requests and claims for their employees. Supervisors will receive an invitation via text message to download the Take My Shift app.

The manager along with each supervisor will receive all shift coverage claims for approval. The person responsible for that employee can approve or deny the shift coverage claim.

We recommend that at least one supervisor is added to each team to back-up the manager for shift coverage claim approvals.

Managers and supervisors can approve coverage as shifts are claimed, or they can elect to get out of the way and have them automatically approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
